Yet again..another new diet blog.
Man..I'm getting tired of making new ones..aren't you??
This time is FOREAL FOREAL!!!....no joke
First, this is my food diary of what I ate since Saturday..
Breakfast: 1 yogurt parfait from McDonald's, 1 slice multigrain bread
Snack: handful of blueberries
Lunch: 2 arepas with guacamole and grated cheese
Snack: 2 spring rolls, handful of walnuts
Dinner: 1 plate of chopped lettuce, tomatoes, steak, chicken, guacamole, bellpepper --> taco salad, shared plate of strawberries, blueberries and grapes with friends
This day was hard because it was the first day..I was so hungry!!! But, I was happy I accomplished the day strong..kind of. HA
Breakfast: 1 small orange, 1 arepa with guacamole and grated cheese
Brunch: 1 bowl fish cake soup
Lunch: BBQ chopped salad at Paradise, 1 chocolate chip cookie (oops)
Dinner: 1 slice pepperoni and sausage pizza (double oops)
Breakfast: 1 bowl small yogurt, 1 small salmon
Snack: 1 handful raw walnuts, 2 small orage
Lunch: 2 arepas with guacamole, two handful cherry tomatoes, 1 small orage
Dinner: I don't remember what I ate for dinner...
Breakfast: 1 bowl soup (bacon, clam chowder kind of soup)
Lunch: Kimchi soup with fist size amount white rice
Dinner: salad with walnuts, mandarins, and olives
Exercise: 1 hour walking and running on 3.0 incline.
So, the last time I ran was basketball season 3-5 years ago. I want to be able to run longer without stopping, so I tried it and I can only run for two minutes -__- how pathetic is that right?
I heard that after the first five minutes, you'll be able to run without stopping..I want to be able to do that, but I stop before the five minutes!! UGH my stupid brain tells me that i'm running out of air, but I'm not..I need more mental strength -__-
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, 1 bacon strip, 1 slice wheat toast
Snack: 1 banana, gum
Lunch: Italiano salad. It had cheese, olives, and ham with vinegarette dressing
Snack: 1 small Gala apple
Dinner: BLT sandwich with bacon, lettuce, tomato, no mayo on high fiber multigrain bread.
Unfortunately, today just happened to be the start of you know what and I've been PMSing like no other today.
I got a lot of bad cramps, so I decided to stay home, but what a lame excuse. I should have went because I ended up arguing with my dad..AGAIN!! I hate this time of the month..I get pissed over nothing -__-
My current weight is...the last time I checked, it was 166.
My goal weight is 145 lbs and be able to fit into size 4-6 pants.
I also want slim legs, but somehow they look as if they're getting bulkier Dx
I hope running, squats, lunges, and jump roping help..and weight lifting..
NO MORE SKIPPING WORKOUT!!!!
